Hybrid Inclusive Interval Training 

Using a combination of our unique interval training machines and free weights we deliver 25 minute, coach led, full body workouts that increase your fitness, strength, flexibility and coordination.

HEART RATE MONITOR

We use heart rate sensor technology to work you through different heart rate zones during our workouts. Fun and motivational our members love it, there is also an app that records all of your workout stats!

COMMUNITY
